1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the TempaDrive website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TempaDrive provides the following services:

• Car chiptuning (Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3)
• ECU (Engine Control Unit) programming
• DPF/EGR/AdBlue system programming
• Power and torque increase
• Diagnostics and consultations

3. Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on all performed services. The warranty covers software defects and malfunctions resulting from our work. The warranty does not apply if the vehicle has been modified by third parties or used in racing without our consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

TempaDrive is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or special damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee that chiptuning will not affect the vehicle manufacturer's warranty. The customer assumes full responsibility for the decision to perform chiptuning.

5. Payment

Payment terms:

• Payment is made before service delivery or during service delivery
• We accept cash, bank cards and bank transfers
• Prices may change without prior notice

6. Cancellation

The customer may cancel the order no later than 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Canceling the order later or not showing up for the scheduled visit may result in a €50 fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All software modifications created by TempaDrive are our intellectual property. The customer has no right to copy, distribute or sell our created software files without written consent.

8. Modification of Terms

TempaDrive reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect from their publication on our website. We recommend regularly reviewing these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes are resolved in the courts of Vilnius city.
